At some point in all our lives we experience the loss of a loved one or friend or even the friend of a friend. This loss is probably the most devasting thing that will ever happen to us. I in post I will address the stages of grief and give spiritual insight.
God has provided His Word and the Holy Spirit to equip us to live a victorious life in Christ Jesus.
This article discusses a way of presenting the Gospel while using only the Book of Romans.
If Satan gets you to become preoccupied with your failures, he has won the battle. Free your heart, mind, and hands of the past so you can receive the blessings God wants you to have today and tomorrow. "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:14
No matter what the enemy may tell you we are not the sum total of our past failures. Do not allow your past to control your future. God has a better way.

There are so many things we should be thankful for from God. He wants to be involved in every area of your life. Let Him and allow Him to guide you through the process.
Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. (6) In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
The Apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:8-10 ESV Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ (9) and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith— (10) that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,
John 10:25-28 (ESV) Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father's name bear witness about me, (26) but you do not believe because you are not among my sheep. (27) My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. God is always speaking and wants to pour into your life. The problem is are you listening? God can and will change you if you will only allow Him. Make it your goal to hear God in everything that you do and you will be amazed at what does in your life.
